Skyrim status after patch 1.03

Hell! I love that game!

BUT BE AWARE! SUPER HIGH RISK OF GETTING ADDICTED!


So, now here's the actual topic:

I bought the game and was playing it first without any patch. The first couple hours were great, but then after about 8hours it became more and more a diashow! UNPLAYABLE! Guessed 5 frames per second......

Well, then I loaded the patches, very small 92MB . Surprisingly, the game was running better than ever before afterwards, I experienced some crazy, fantastic, epical shit, but now after another 12hours it's getting worse again. WTF!
It's not as bad as the previous time, but still it's not very pleasant. At the moment it's playable, but it's very disappointing and irritating.
Has anyone else the same problems?


My question is:
How can it be that the guys from the quality control are that "censored", let's say blind, whatever?
Pretty weak! Do they really think patches solve everything? Fuck it!

What a shame!

Please tell me you aren't one of the people who looks at the quest arrow, follows it, then when you are near the objective and it moves faster you can't find your target because the guide arrow on the compass bar moves to fast XD
