I've previously looked down on honda tuners, but now I think I'm a convert Laughing

Without giving too much away, suspension is much like RWD and AWD, low in the front and high in the rear. You want stiffer suspension in the rear and softer in the front. You will need toe one both front and rear wheels.

Here's what your suspension should look like

Ride Height: Min/Max         Spring rates: Min/Max        spring compression, extension, and anti roll bars don't matter.

Camber: 0.0/3.0          Toe: -1.00/.10 (experiment)

As for your suspension flip it between 128 and 131. Ballast is based upon your tranny but I personally use 150kg. Good luck! Also feely free to ask questions.Very Happy
